Cleve has worked as lead designer and project manager in all phases of design, from programming to construction documents and construction administration. While at Quakenbush Architects in Columbia, SC, Cleve worked on the MTC Northeast Campus Science and Engineering Building, USC’s Leadership and Service Center renovation, and the monumental Boyd Plaza master plan and renovation in downtown Columbia, South Carolina.
Cleve received his BS in Communications with a Minor in Business from the College of Charleston (1999) and his Master of Architecture from Clemson University (2004). He currently serves as a Trustee on the Clemson Architecture Foundation, served on the Columbia Section Board of the AIA, is a past-president of the Historic Columbia Palladium Society and continues to serve on the Historic Columbia Advisory Committee. Recently, Cleve traveled to San Francisco to lead a sketch course at the annual American Institute of Architect’s National Conference. His expertise in education, master planning and community driven projects partnered with Cleve’s creativity and strength in graphic arts will prove an invaluable asset for our team.
