The Town of Johnston would like to renovate two sections of the existing warehouse structure to utilize as office, shared workspace, incubator or possibly a large open space for community events. Intent of deliverables for this initial phase shall be schematic floor plan layout and feasibility study to present to Norfolk Southern and Town Council.
